Please review these terms before placing your order with JAX Secret Kustomz.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.
Many JAX products are custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or created specifically for each customer.
Please review all product details, sizing, personalization, colors, quantities, and other order information carefully before completing your purchase.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Because customized products are created specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged simply because:
- You changed your mind
- The wrong size was ordered
- Personalization information was entered incorrectly by the customer
- You no longer need the item
- You expected a different color based on your screen or device
- The item was ordered for an event that was later canceled or changed
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted details before payment and approval.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled after payment has been submitted.
Payment is due in full before work begins, and once payment is received, the order may enter design, preparation, or production.
SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering apparel or other size-specific products.
Please review available size charts before purchasing.
Because items may be made or customized specifically for the selected size, exchanges for sizing errors are not accepted unless JAX Secret Kustomz is responsible for the error.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to an error by JAX Secret Kustomz, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
You may be asked to provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of shipping damage, when applicable
- A description of the issue
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
If JAX Secret Kustomz is responsible for a qualifying error or defect, an appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances.
NORMAL PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Certain handmade, customized, printed, or 3D-printed products may have minor variations.
Examples may include:
- Slight color differences
- Minor placement differences
- Small print or texture variations
- Visible 3D-print layer lines
- Minor handmade characteristics
These normal production variations do not automatically qualify an item as defective.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital files are subject to separate terms.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law.
Please review the Digital File Terms before purchasing.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue resulted from an error by JAX Secret Kustomz.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because of an incorrect address or another customer-related issue.
