HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK
1. SUBMIT YOUR IDEA
Tell me what you’re looking for! Include as much information as possible, such as:
- Item or product you’re interested in
- Theme or occasion
- Colors
- Names, wording or personalization
- Quantity
- Size, when applicable
- Date needed
- Reference photos or inspiration
- Any other important details about your vision
The more information you provide, the better I can understand exactly what you’re looking for.
2. LET’S TALK DETAILS
I’ll review your request and contact you if I need any additional information.
Availability, pricing, customization options and estimated turnaround time will be discussed before your order is finalized.
Please keep in mind that submitting a custom-order request does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or reserve a production date.
3. APPROVE & PAY
Once your order details and pricing are confirmed, PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS.
This includes design work, mockups, customization, production or any other work associated with your order.
Your order is not confirmed and your production date is not secured until full payment has been received.
4. JAX MAKES IT HAPPEN ✨
Once full payment has been received and all required information has been provided, your order will be placed into production.
If a design proof or mockup is provided, you are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approval.
Once your order is complete, you’ll be notified when it is ready for pickup or shipping.
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
Custom orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Turnaround times vary depending on the type of product, quantity, complexity of the design, availability of materials and current order volume.
Submitting a custom-order request does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a production date or place your order into production.
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS.
Please make sure all information you submit is accurate, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, quantities and personalization details.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, returned or exchanged once payment has been submitted.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information and any provided proofs for accuracy before approval.
If JAX Secret Kustomz makes an error with your completed order or your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be determined.
