CARE INSTRUCTIONS ✨
Your JAX items are made to be enjoyed, and proper care helps keep them looking their best.
Because products and customization methods vary, always follow any item-specific instructions included with your order.
APPAREL
For custom shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other apparel:
- Turn garments inside out before washing
- Wash in cold water
- Use a gentle cycle
- Wash with similar colors
- Avoid bleach unless specifically stated safe for the garment
- Avoid harsh detergents
- Do not iron directly over customized designs
- Air dry when possible
If using a dryer, use a low heat setting.
High heat may damage or shorten the life of printed, pressed, or customized designs.
DRINKWARE & TUMBLERS
Unless otherwise stated:
- Hand wash recommended
- Do not soak for long periods
- Do not scrub customized areas with abrasive pads
- Avoid harsh chemicals
- Do not place in the dishwasher unless the product listing specifically states that it is dishwasher safe
- Do not microwave metal or stainless-steel drinkware
Allow the item to dry completely before storing.
3D-PRINTED ITEMS
3D-printed items may be sensitive to heat.
To help prevent warping or damage:
- Keep away from extreme heat
- Do not leave inside a hot vehicle
- Avoid placing near open flames or high-temperature surfaces
- Hand wash only when cleaning is appropriate
- Do not place in a dishwasher unless specifically stated safe
- Avoid excessive force on thin or decorative areas
Minor layer lines and small surface variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process.
ACCESSORIES
For customized bags, keychains, jewelry, charms, and similar accessories:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water unless the item is designed for it
- Keep away from harsh chemicals
- Store carefully to reduce scratching or damage
- Avoid pulling or excessive force on decorative components
- Wipe clean using a soft cloth when appropriate
HOME & LIFESTYLE ITEMS
Decorative and customized home items should be handled with care.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth
- Avoid abrasive cleaners
- Keep customized surfaces away from excessive moisture or heat
- Do not submerge unless the product is specifically designed for washing
PARTY & EVENT ITEMS
Many party and event products are intended for decorative or limited-use purposes.
Keep paper, cardstock, decorative plastics, and similar materials away from water, excessive moisture, flames, and high heat.
VINYL & CUSTOMIZED SURFACES
For products featuring vinyl or other applied designs:
- Avoid picking or scratching the design
- Do not use abrasive scrubbers
- Avoid prolonged soaking
- Keep away from excessive heat
- Gently clean around customized areas
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital files do not require physical care, but we recommend downloading and securely backing up your purchased files.
